IT&T is operating a systematic recruitment process to find talented people who are suitable for company’s culture and have core competencies that IT&T requires.

  • Fill out the application form on company’s website and submit job applications via e-mail.

    Documentary screeningDocumentary screening

  • Applicants’ skills and qualifications are judged comprehensively through documentary screening.

    First interview (Job competency)

  • The interview committee composed of team leaders and business directors makes evaluation on the job competencies and conformities.

    Second interview (human capability)

  • Evaluation on growth potential and capabilities is conducted, targeting applicants who passed the first interview.

    Recruitment of staff

  • Final selection is determined through the abovementioned process for recruitment.
